How to Apply for University Housing

Before you can begin you will need to have a PIN number. This number will be sent to you from the Campus Housing Office via email and will be used to digitally sign your housing contract.

Start by logging into the registration portal, campushousing.uark.edu

You will use your UARK username and PW to sign-in. Your UARK user name is the same as your email, without the @uark.edu

There are 4 steps to the registration process. As part of the PAPSS program several of the housing choices will be pre-determined by the Office of Special Programs.

  • Step 1) Personal Data and Contracting

    This is when you enter in all your personal information, review the contract and digitally sign with the PIN number.

  • Step 2) Meal Plan, Living Learning, Emergency Info, Personal Profile, Roommate Selection, Parking and Dorm Selection

    • Here you will choose your meal plan. You will want to select the ‘unlimited’ option. You also provide an emergency contact and create your personal profile.
    • For the Living Learning Community Selection, chose ‘not interested’ because your dorm selection will be pre-selected.
    • You will also uncheck the “Display in roommate selection” box as you will not be choosing your roommate.
    • Finally you will skip the parking and dorm selection sections and go straight to completing Step 2
  • Step 3) Roommate Selection

    You can skip this step by clicking ‘Save and Continue”. When possible your roommate will be another PAPSS student.

  • Step 4) Confidential Contact, Safety Policies and Room Selection

    • You must enter a CONTACT CONFIDENTIAL; it is recommended that you use Mayra Torres in this step and accept all 10 the SAFETY POLICIES.
    • The rest of this step is Room Selection and again you can skip this.
